The Cube

Alright it's not exactly a cube, but close. The next one will be a cube! This design was inspired by the piece of scrap wood that it was. I decided to use as much of it as I could, and so it is quite unlike other boxes here. It's more of a "Box". I look at is as another path to be taken, but not today. The wood is unremarkable, just a nice piece of laminated quartered oak, a cut off from some unknown project. There is some carving on the front to exaggerate the finger lift point.
